Environmental education St.Gallen in cooperation with GLOBE Switzerland
The Specialist Unit for Environmental Education of the Canton of St.Gallen helps teachers develop lessons and projects on topics related to the environment and sustainable development, and also represents the GLOBE programme in Eastern Switzerland.
The specialist unit informs teachers about current environmental education topics and keeps them abreast of developments within the new compulsory education curriculum. It also loans out sets of classroom materials on various environmental topics, advises on out-of-school learning places in the canton and serves as a contact point for any questions and further education programmes on the topic of environmental education.
