Successful transitions into vocational education and training for youth at risk (GÜRB)
A successful transition from compulsory school to vocational education and training and from there into the labour market is a key factor for the integration of adolescents into working life and society.
The GÜRB project aims to optimise support services that facilitate these transitions by deriving recommendations from empirical data and adapting existing services to the needs of different groups of adolescents, especially in youth at risk. This part of the project is preceded by an analysis of the relations between risk factors, indicators of success, and perceptions of a range of available support services.
